Columbo

Yes Columbo! Often overlooked, the original series featured some amazing production values for its time, with long takes, cameras on cranes and body microphones. Those early episodes might have been original movies. But once the series migrated to ABC, Columbo became more generic. But nonetheless Peter Falk's work continued to be insanely good. I just pray they won't try a reboot.
